  • Heartland Mindfulness Collective exists to strengthen individuals and communities by providing free access to resources that foster mindfulness, healing, and reducing the harmful effects of stress. We believe that individuals and communities deserve access. All programming offered is designed to educate the general public on the life-enhancing aspects of mindfulness, yoga, meditation, and to offer respite for stressful times and is offered free to any who need it and by donation for those who are able.

  • Established in 2020 by the management and senior teaching staff at Cityoga School of Yoga & Health, much of our programming takes place at the Cityoga Studio with additional rotating programming throughout Indianapolis.
